This website is developed and maintained as an affiliate of TicketSwitch. TicketSwitch is a piece of software which started development in early 2000, as part of the e-Commerce department of First Call Tickets, London. In mid 2001 Seatem Group acquired First Call Tickets, named the Middleware "TicketSwitch," and defined the objective of developing the world's first Event Ticket Global Distribution System ("GDS.") In the intervening years the development team has built the now proven and powerful TicketSwitch platform, which has already sold 7.5 million Event Tickets off live venue Ticketing Systems. In January 2011 the TicketSwitch Middleware was acquired by Ingresso Group. Our aim is to connect customers directly to the tickets they want, and to allow our suppliers to reach out directly to new customers – without adding administrative and maintenance overheads. TicketSwitch has agreements with different suppliers to provide tickets through our interactive channels and those of our partners and affiliates.
