Booking Process

Finding the items you want
There are two ways in which you can find the items you require and make your way to the first step in buying your items:
• By clicking on an item that is featured
• By performing a search
Once you have chosen an item you will be presented with in depth information about it. Click 'Select This Item >>' to proceed to the booking process.

Buy Process
Our buy process takes you through all the steps you need to complete in order to purchase your items. Please note that you have not committed to purchasing items until you have entered your credit/debit card details and confirmed your order. You may abandon an order at any time during the buy process before that point. The steps you will generally have to follow to complete an order are as follows:

i. Options 1: Number/Dates
On this page you must select the total number of items required and the date on which you will be using the items.
DEPARTURE DATES & USAGE DATES
You may alternatively be asked to provide a departure date and may be asked to provide an estimated date of use. The departure date is the date on which you are leaving your home and allows us to make sure you receive your items before your departure. If a date of use rather than a specific date is asked for then this should be the first date on which you intend to use your items upon arriving at your destination and allows us to inform the venue of estimated visitor numbers. At attractions with seasonal openings the dates during which your items are valid will be displayed and you will not be able to choose dates outside of that season. Please note that your departure date must be at least 10 days from the day of booking and that estimated date of use may be any date after and including your departure date. Once you have selected your items and dates click 'Proceed >>' to be taken to the next page. If either the number of items you require or the dates you have selected are unavailable for booking you will be informed and may click back to select alternate choices.

ii. Options 2: Dispatch/Item Options
Here you will be able to select the type of items you require and how you wish to receive your items. This page will often display all items at full price (often marked as 'Standard' or 'General Admission'), but if concessionary tickets are available you will be able to select them at the next stage. Please note that tickets or ticket vouchers will be dispatched to the billing address provided. Please bear your departure date in mind when choosing a dispatch method. Once you have selected these initial options, please click on the 'Proceed >>' button to continue. PROMOTIONAL CODES You may also be given the opportunity to enter a promotional code at this stage. If you have been given a promotional code (from a magazine or other website for example) you may use it here. If you have not been given a promotional code you may ignore this section. If you enter a valid promotional code you will be offered further options on the next section (Extra Options).

iii. Extra Options
On this page you will be able to apply any applicable discounts to your items. Discounts available may include Child, Senior Citizen and other concessionary items, and special offer rates. For each item you wish to purchase please select the relevant discount from the drop down list. After selecting any applicable discount, click 'Proceed >>' to add your items to your Shopping Basket.

iv. Shopping Basket
The Shopping Basket conveniently holds all the items that you wish to purchase until you are ready to complete your transaction. The basket will show details of each item from each supplier and will give you a total value of items from each supplier and a total overall value of items in your basket. Once an item is placed in your basket, you can add additional items by clicking on 'Continue Shopping', which will return you to the homepage of this site. You may notice that when you add additional items to your basket some options that you would normally be able to choose have already been selected for you. This is because you have already selected those option for an item in your basket from the same supplier. For example, items from the same supplier must have the same dispatch method. The Shopping Basket page also allows you to modify the details of each item or delete individual items. Once you have chosen all the items you wish to purchase in this transaction, please click 'Checkout >>'. PLease note that once you have clicked 'Checkout >>' you will be unable to return to the Shopping Basket to make any modifications to your order. If you find you have made a mistake you will have to abandon your order and return to the start of the booking process.
INCOMPATIBLE ITEMS
Please note that certain items may be incompatible within the same Shopping Basket and will have to be purchased independently. You will be informed of any incompatibility with items when you attempt to add it to your basket.
POSTCODE
Depending on the dispatch options you have chosen for your items you may be prompted to enter your post code before proceeding.

v. Your Details: Personal Details/Address
On this page you must enter your personal details (for the dispatch of items). If you were asked to enter your post code on the previous page, some of your address details may already be filled in. Pease check these details as post codes are often only specific to street level. The address you give must be that at which your payment card is registered. If you attempt to enter an alternative address your transaction may fail. We are currently unable to dispatch items to any other address. The Data Protection section on this page allows you to select whether or not you wish to receive future offers and promotions from ourselves, our internet partners and other select companies. Please note that we operate an opt-in policy, so you will only be added to our lists if you have specifically asked to be by ticking the boxes in this section. After entering your personal details, click 'Proceed >>' to continue.
RESERVATION TIME
Once you have clicked on 'Checkout >>' we reserve each of the items in your trolley for 10 minutes. During this time no one else is able to purchase your items. However, because of the high demand for many of our items, if you are unable to complete your order in the allotted 10 minutes, all items will be released for general sale and you will have start the booking process again.

vi. Your Details: Payment Details/Confirm Order Details
On this page you should enter your credit or debit card information. Please enter your payment card details as they appear on the card. Most transactions require you to enter a Card Number, an Expiry Date and a CV2 Number (a security number which is usually the last three digits printed on the signature strip of your card). Transactions made using certain cards may also require an Issue Number and/or a Start Date. Once you have entered your payment details, please check the details of your order. Before proceeding you must tick the box to show that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions of sale for all items (please check the link next to each supplier). These terms and conditions may affect your ability to change or modify your order once this transaction is completed.
SECURITY
The Payment Details page is a secure page and all your details will remain private. For more information on our site security please see the security section of our help centre. Once you have filled in and checked your personal information please click 'Purchase Items' to make your purchase.

vii. Transaction Completed
Your purchase may take up to a minute to be verified. Please do not click the back or stop button on your browser during this time. Once your purchase has been verified and made a confirmation page will appear containing details of the transaction just made. We recommend you print this page for your records. You will also receive a confirmation email containing further information about your order. Please check the details on your confirmation documentation carefully and contact us immediately if anything is not correct.

viii. Enjoy Your Items
When the date comes to use your items, have a great time!
