    Voucher Redemption Information
    You must call to book a date and time in advance. Pick-up and drop-off is from the Red Sail Sports' pier on Palm Beach, in front of the Hyatt Regency Resort. Please check-in with your voucher at departure location 30 minutes prior to time of activity.

    Dive Cancellations
    Cancellation for all dive packages must be made 24 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund. With less than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% penalty will be assessed.

    Child Rates for Sailing Excursions
    An adult must accompany all children under 18 years. Child rate is for children ages 3-11. Children ages 2 and under are free.

    All rates are inclusive of tax.
