Bateaux Dinner Cruise

The captain orders the moorings to be cast off and magic of the lights of Paris sparkle through the glass canopy of the boat. With all the prestige of the finest buildings of Paris in the background, our artists lead the dance for an unforgettable festive evening! The Chef prepares each day – on board – a menu inspired by French gastronomy and combining tradition and creativeness.

Starters
- Light Green Asparagus Cream, Asparagus Spears, Lobster and Whipped Cream
- Smoked Salmon Cubes, with Creamy Potato Panna Cotta
- Duck Foie Gras, Chanterelle Mushrooms and Almonds, with Pepper Jelly
- “Black Tiger” Prawns Marinated in Olive Oil and Lemon, with Crunchy Vegetables

Main Dishes
- Pan-Fried Fillet of Guilt-Head Bream, with a Grenoble-Style Dressing
- Roasted Angus Beef and Caramelised Shallot, with Bordelaise Sauce
- Seared Duckling Breast and Pop Corn, with Bigarade Sauce
- Casseroled Thick Medallion of Veal, with Sage-Scented Gravy

Our chef offers a selection of side dishes according to availability and season.

- Mature Saint Marcellin Cheese, Mixed Salad Leaves, Roasted Pine Nuts
- Etoile or Sélect service: in place of dessert or by paying a supplement of €5 inc. VAT
