Set sail aboard the Spirit of Ppalu, the Spirit of Cayman, the Spirit of Poseidon or the Spirit of Calypso and sit back with a cool Caribbean cocktail from the cash bar and watch as the sunset streaks the sky in shades of red, orange, pink, and blue. Then enjoy a three-course gourmet, candlelight dinner, complete with a Caribbean themed entrées. Top off the evening with a delicious Caribbean Coffee.Duration: 3 ¼ hours
