The restaurants:
Mlynec - Elegant and sophisticated, the Mlynec is situated on thebanks of the Vltava river and boasts excellent views of the Charles Bridge. First chef in the Czech Republic to get the Michelin Bibendum three times.

Zatisi - V Zatisi Restaurant is one of the Old Town's hidden secrets. Set just off charming Betlemska Square, this intimate, elegant restaurant, serves fine cuisine, with an excellent range of accompanying wines. By 1996, V Zatisi had achieved the prestigious ´best restaurant in Central & Eastern Europe´ award by Egon Ronay´s Seagram Guide. By 2001 it had been named ´best restaurant in Prague´ by Gourmet 2001.

Bellvue - The Bellevue serves superb cuisine in fine, elegant surroundings. Some restaurant critics consider this to be Prague's premier restaurant. Located close to the river, this restaurant offers fantastic views of Charles Bridge and Prague Castle.
