A sensory and interactive Gourmet 1.5 hour walking tour established by local food expert, Mark Gleeson, through the Adelaide Central Market. Chef, Restaurateur, Olive Oil Judge and Slow Food Member, Mark's knowledge of the local food industry is extensive.

The Central Market, in the heart of the Central Business District is the epicentre of Food, Culture and Lifestyle for South Australians. The largest fresh produce market in the Southern Hemisphere, with over 80 specialist Stalls and the most visited tourist destination in South Australia with over 1.3 million visitors per month.
