Directions to Madame Tussauds
Madame Tussauds is located on Dam Square in the heart of Amsterdam, approximately a ten minute walk from Central Station. There are also several nearby parking facilities.
Tram 1, 2, 5, 13, 17 and 20 stop at Magna Plaza/Dam and tram 4, 9, 16, 20, 24, 25 stop at the Bijenkorf/Dam.
Accessibility
At Madame Tussauds, guests with a wheelchair are always welcome. However, due to strict fire regulations we are only allowed to accommodate two wheelchairs at the same time. This strict fire regulations guarantees everyone's safety.
To prevent disappointments, we suggest that people with a wheelchair make a reservation before they come to Madame Tussauds Amsterdam.
Voucher Exchange
You will be sent a Keith Prowse voucher which you will need to redeem at time of entry. Photo Identification in the name of the client booked may be required for admission.
Travel Info - Amsterdam Dungeons
Due to the City centre location, using public transport is advisable.
The Dungeon is a 5 minute walk from central station down to the Damrak, past Damsquare.
The following tram lines go from central station to a nearby stop called Rokin/Spui 4,9,16 and 24.
The nearest pay parking available is at the Bijenkorf and costs approximately €3 per hour.
