The Programme includes the following:

Train Like An Astronaut From the multi-axis trainer to the 1/6-gravity chair, ATX guarantees to move guests in ways they’ve never moved before. The training schedule provides a range of interactive activities from simulating a Space Shuttle mission to receiving a space program briefing from an actual astronaut.

You Are Go For Launch! In a motion-based simulator guests will experience the different aspects of an astronaut’s training. Guests will be excited as they receive their T-minus five countdown with their new team operating a full-scale shuttle mock-up and taking the helm in a realistically outfitted mission control. Then they will wait until they hear the words everyone wants to hear “We Have Liftoff!” With these words the crew will be on their way to high earth orbit to rendezvous and dock with the International Space Station to perform critical repair and drop off needed supplies. From start to finish it’s a realistic look at what astronauts and Mission Control achieve together every time NASA launches a manned mission.

Go Behind The Scenes Also as part of the ATX experience guests will be taken on an exclusive tour into highly restricted areas of the Kennedy Space Center. Along the bus tour, stops include the Space Shuttle Launch Pads, the International Space Station Center (only available to ATX participants) and NASA’s Press Site.

Lunch A Gourmet Lunch will be provided as part of this package
