VOUCHER REDEMPTION

To get your Go Boston Card, you must present your KP voucher along with a Photo ID at the following exchange point to pick up your Go Boston Card -

Hours of Operation
Monday – Saturday, 10:00 am – 9:00 pm;
Sunday, 11:00 am – 8:00 pm
(Closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and Easter)

Take the T: Orange or Red Line to Downtown Crossing

Card activated first time you use it and is then valid for that day and consecutive days thereafter.
