There are elevators to the mezzanine and balcony levels at Bank of America Theatre, but once you are on those levels there are steep steps to your seats. There is no elevator access to the dress circle. For patrons who have difficulty walking, the orchestra level is advisable at Bank of America Theatre.
All theatres have assisted listening devices to assist the hearing impaired at no cost to the patron. An ID or credit card is needed to receive the device from the House Manager and is returned at the end of the performance when the device is returned.
From the Kennedy (I-90/94) Northbound:
Exit at Monroe. Turn right onto Monroe. Take Monroe about one mile. Theatre is on the left between Dearborn and State. InterPark is one and one-half blocks past the theatre (on the right) between Wabash and Michigan.
From the Kennedy (I-90/94) Southbound:
Exit at Monroe. Turn left onto Monroe. Take Monroe about one mile. Theatre is on the left between Dearborn and State. InterPark is one and one-half blocks past the theatre (on the right) between Wabash and Michigan.
From the Stevenson (I-55):
Exit I-90/94 North (to Wisconsin.) Exit at Monroe. Turn right onto Monroe. Take Monroe about one mile. Theatre is on the left, between Dearborn and State. InterPark is one and one-half blocks past the theatre (on the right) between Wabash and Michigan.
From the Eisenhower (I-290):
Take I-290 till it becomes Congress Parkway (downtown Chicago.) Take Congress Parkway to Dearborn. Turn left onto Dearborn. Take Dearborn to Monroe. Turn right onto Monroe. Theatre is on the left. InterPark is one and one-half blocks past the theatre (on the right) between Wabash and Michigan.
From Lake Shore Drive:
Turn west onto Jackson. Take Jackson to Michigan. Turn right onto Michigan. Take Michigan to Adams. Turn left onto Adams. InterPark is one-half block west of Michigan (on the right.) Theatre is one and one-half blocks west of garage on Monroe, between State and Dearborn.
