You will be sent a Keith Prowse voucher which you will need to redeem at one of the following exchange points in order to receive your Go Orlando Card.You must present this voucher along with a photo ID to pick up your card(s):

Directions: From Orlando/International Drive Area: Take I-4 West to Exit 68/Lake Buena Vista/SR 535. Take a left off exit toward Kissimmee and proceed to Polynesian Isle Blvd. OTC is in the bldg in the Chevron plaza.

From I-4 West: Take Exit 68/Lake Buena Vista/ SR 535. Turn Right off exit towards Kissimmee and proceed to Polynesian Isle Blvd.OTC is in the bldg after in the Chevron plaza on the right.

Pick up a Festival Bay will be at the Customer Service Desk which is located directly through the front entrance of the mall.

Festival Bay Mall is located at the north end of International Drive at the corner of Oakridge Mall off of Interstate 4 at Exit 75A (Kirkman Rd).

Card activated first time you use it and is then valid for that day and consecutive days thereafter.
