The Vessel
Calypso Reef Charters has set itself a class above the rest. With two stylishly modern and custom designed catamarans a new benchmark has been created for Outer Great Barrier Reef cruises in Tropical North Queensland.Space and comfort has been created and utilized on every part of these magnificent vessels. Both vessels have a capacity for 125 passengers and yet only travel with a maximum of 60 guests daily to the reef. Dedicated to ensuring guests will partake inthe ultimate reef experience the large comfortable vessels only travel with half their
capacity.

The innovative design and wide beam of both Eclipse and Calypso ensures more stability in the water and therefore a safer and smoother cruise for guests.

Another feature of these sleek vessels is the nine metre wide back deck which provides plenty of room, comfort and ease as you enter the water to partake in marine activities. Large, spacious upper and lower foredecks have been designed with comfortable day bed seating to maximise outdoor relaxation.

Guests are in awe as they take time to relax on the top deck sunlounges that provide breathtaking 360 degree views of the Outer Great Barrier Reef…a perfect snap shot opportunity for those everlasting memories to take home.
