Paddington, London to Cardiff is just 2 hours via Intercity, with trains departing hourly. Direct rail and coach services available from Liverpool, Manchester, Nottingham,Birmingham and the South East.

By Road
By road: M4 - junction 29 from east, junction 33 from west. There is a toll charge of £4.90 for cars travelling westbound on the M4 at the Severn Bridge. Higher charges apply for vehicles, NB Payment can only be made in cash.
From M4 Westbound
Approach Cardiff on M4, leave at junction 29 - Cardiff East & South. Continue on A48(M) until exit sign Cardiff & docks A4232 - take this exit and stay in dedicated left lane. Follow signs to City centre A4161. At next roundabout, turn right to City Centre under flyover along Newport Road for 2 miles. Under Railway Bridge, turn left past Queen St Railway Station on left to next set of traffic lights. For rear access turn left to Security lodge, 100 yrds on right. For front access cross over lights - and take second turning on left into Mary Ann Street - CIA on left - Jurys Hotel on right.
Alternative route from M4 (either East or Westbound)
Leave M4 at junction 33 - take A4232 - signs to Barry Island and Cardiff Docks. Carry on road for approximately 10 miles through tunnel and turn left at next roundabout. Bear right at next roundabout along dual carriageway to traffic lights. Turn left at traffic lights - keep in the right hand lane, go under Railway Bridge and turn right at next set of traffic lights - CIA on right in Mary Ann Street.
By Air
Cardiff International Airport is only 20 minutes drive from the city centre. Taxis and express bus services are available for visitors from the airport to the city centre. Scheduled flights are available from the UK and many European cities.
