* In order to preserve the special attention devoted to each guest on this tour, we are only able to accommodate a maximum of ten guests per tour. There is a 2-guest minimum per tour.
Voucher Redemption Information
Upon purchase of this event, you will be presented with a voucher confirming your order. Please print this confirmation and present to the Guest Relations Department located at the entrance of the park by the ticket booths. If you are purchasing the Jungle Island VIP Safari Tour, reservations are required at least 3 days in advance.
Hours
Jungle Island is open 365 days a year, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Special shows and events at this popular Miami attraction may extend Jungle Island’s hours. Upon arrival, ask the Ticket Booth or Guest Relations for any special event or show information. Jungle Island hours are subject to change without notice. Severe inclement weather may affect Jungle Island’s hours.

Jungle Island is located in the heart of Miami, off of I-395 between Downtown Miami and South Beach.
Directions
From I-95
Take I-395 East (MacArthur Causeway) exit 2D. Cross over the bridge and make your first right after the bridge onto Parrot Jungle Trail. Follow the road around and under the bridge to the parking garage on the left-hand side.
From the East
Take I-395 West (MacArthur Causeway), and make the first right turn after Palm Island, next to the Miami Yacht Club. Make the first left turn onto Parrot Jungle Trail and the parking garage will be on the right-hand side.
Accessibilty
Wheelchair rental and Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECVs) are available on Jungle Island. Each rental requires payment and a valid photo ID prior to entering the park. To ensure that an ECV is available during your visit, it is recommended that you call at least 24 hours in advance to make a reservation. Please be advised that reservations may not be taken during our special events.
Jungle Island can make arraignments to provide sign language interpreting services. To arrange for your interpreting services by a screened and certified interpreter, please contact Jungle Island Guest Relations one week in advance.
In addition to interpreting services, assistive listening devices are available at Guest Relations for use in the three show amphitheaters. For guests with hearing impairments, Telecommunication Devices for the Deaf (TDDs) are located at Guest Relations.
For your enjoyment and convenience, Jungle Island’s outdoor stage shows have several areas reserved for guests with disabilities. These areas are clearly marked with the international symbol of accessibility. All of our dining facilities are accessible to wheelchairs as well. Service animals are welcomed throughout the Jungle, including in our Lakeside Café.
