    Advanced reservations are required. Please call the number on your voucher to confirm your tour and to arrange pickup time and location.

    Additional Information

    • All Gray Line tours include FREE hotel pick-up and return. Once we pick you up at your hotel you willl be taken to the Gray Line Central Pickup Location where you will depart for your tour excursion.
    • All tour time returns are estimates and may vary due to weather and/or traffic conditions beyond our control.

    Visitors To Mexico

    • All U.S. citizens 16 and older will be required to present a passport for re-entry into the U.S. Travelers 15 and younger will be required to present a copy of a birth certificate along with a government issued photo id.
    • Non-U.S. citizens must have a passport, I-94, Multiple Entry Visa or Resident Alien Card to re-enter the United States. Due to the heightened security risk at the border, additional paperwork may be required from visitors from some countries. Please be aware of the status of your country or origin or check with the local immigration office to ensure that multiple-entry into the U.S. is allowed. Should any person be detained upon re-entry to the U.S., Gray Line will be unable to wait while the additional paperwork is filed.
    • Visitors may purchase up to $800 in merchandise duty free and 1 litre of alcohol per person 21 years of age.
    • English is widely spoken by most merchants.
    • U.S. currency is accepted.
