“Peter Shaffer’s EQUUS is without doubt one of the greatest English post-war plays. As a work of art, it is magnificent. Rarely does contemporary drama probe so deep - AN ELECTRIFYING EVENING OF THEATRE”
The Sunday Times, 4 March 2007

Written by two-time Tony Award-winning playwright PETER SHAFFER, Equus is the powerful and provocative story of a stable boy and the psychiatrist who tries to unravel the religious and sexual mystery that ensues when the troubled teenager blinds six horses in his care. DANIEL RADCLIFFE, the young, international star of the popular Harry Potter films, plays the stable boy and RICHARD GRIFFITHS, the Tony Award-winning actor who is also a featured character in the Potter films, plays the psychiatrist. This eagerly-anticipated production will be the first Broadway revival of Equus, which won the Tony Award for Best Play in 1975.

Also Starring Kate Mulgrew, Anna Camp, Carolyn McCormick, Lorenzo Pisoni, T. Ryder Smith, Graeme Malcolm, Sandra Shipley, Collin Baja, Tyrone Jackson, Spencer Liff, Adesola Osakalumi, Marc Spaulding
