From Tagbilaran Port, your first stop is the Blood Compact Monument, commemorating the First International &quot;Treaty of Friendship&quot; in 1565 between the local chieftain Datu Sikatuna and the Spanish conquistador Miguel Lopez de Legazpi.<br /> <br /> Our next stop is at the Baclayon Church and Museum. Witness the magnificent Chocolate Hills - 1,628 mounds rising from the flat plains of Carmen as far as the eye can see. Geologists believe that these mounds were formed from coral and limestone deposits and then sculpted by centuries of erosion.
